About Andreea Tudorache
Andreea Tudorache is a member of the Banking & Finance team. She has more than eight years’ experience as a lawyer in international law firms. She specialises in in banking and finance law as well as in capital markets and has advised clients on financing projects, NPL transactions, a wide range of financial regulatory issues as well as on the establishment and updates of EMTN programmes and bonds issues.
