Bratislava, 09 November 2021 – Wolf Theiss has advised KKR, a leading global investment firm, on its investment in Biosynth Carbosynth.
Wolf Theiss, working alongside Sidley, acted as a legal advisor to KKR on its majority acquisition of Biosynth Carbosynth, a life sciences reagents and custom synthesis and manufacturing services company headquartered in Switzerland.
The Wolf Theiss team was led by Zuzana Hodoňová (Counsel, Bratislava) together with team members Vladimír Šimkovic (Associate, Bratislava) and Dalibor Palatický (Associate, Bratislava).
KKR is a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management, capital markets and insurance solutions. KKR agreed to acquire Biosynth Carbosynth, a research products and CDMO services company headquartered in Switzerland from Armira, a Munich-based holding group operating in the investment sector.
