Warsaw, 16 November 2021 – Wolf Theiss Warsaw advised Longwing Polska on the financing of construction of the Zalesie Wind Farm with a capacity of 25 MW located in Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship. The project will be financed by Bayerische Landesbank and a fund advised by EB – Sustainable Investment Management GmbH as mezzanine lender.

Wolf Theiss lawyers negotiated the complex documentation and prepared a due diligence analysis along with the detailed analysis of the legal and financing aspects of the project.

The Wolf Theiss team was managed by Przemek Kozdój, a Partner and the Head of the Banking and Finance practice in Poland, and  Konrad Kosicki, Counsel in the Projects practice of Wolf Theiss. The team was composed of experts from two practice groups and included Klaudia Dąbrowska, Associate in the Banking & Finance practice, Jan Gąsiorowski, also an Associate in Banking & Finance, Karolina Lewandowska, Associate in Projects and Sandra Mróz, an Associate in the Banking & Finance practice.
