Warsaw, 24 July 2023 – Shareholders of Rusak Business Services, a leading Polish customs broker, relied on the legal expertise of Wolf Theiss regarding the acquisition of its shares by Customs Support Group.

Wolf Theiss’ team advised Rusak Business Services on the transaction with Customs Support Group, Europe’s leading independent, digital and neutral provider of customs services.

Rusak, as a Polish market leader, is recognised for their expert customs knowledge as well as dedicated solutions and flexibility towards their clients.

Wolf Theiss advised Rusak throughout the transaction including among others, drafting and negotiating the sale agreement, as well as providing comprehensive tax advice.
