Our speakers, Teja Balažic Jerovšek, Klara Miletič and Simon Tecco will share their expertise and insight into the challenges companies face when protecting their know-how, and what steps they can take to ensure that their internal knowledge and innovative practices remain protected.
The seminar will examine the latest developments in Slovenian and EU legislation with regard to know how protection, as well as case law, and discuss relevant open questions.
The topics will include:
- Prerequisites for a valid and effective non-compete clause in light of the latest case law;
- Protection and transfer of IP rights in the employment relationship, including in relationships with
- external contractors;
- Protection of know-how and trade secrets.
