Cyber attacks are becoming more frequent, the methods of attack more sophisticated and new ICT compliance requirements make preparation essential in order to cope with crisis situations.
Wolf Theiss, CERTAINITY and GrECo invite you to a practical workshop. Together we will simulate a realistic scenario of a cyber attack in order to shed light on organisational as well as technical and legal challenges. From a legal perspective, the focus will be on the personal liability of management (in the context of NIS2, DORA, GDPR and Law on limited liability companies). We will also discuss effective protective measures and insurance options for companies.
