About Simon Tecco
Simon Tecco has extensive experience in representing domestic and international clients in civil litigation and other court proceedings, ranging from commercial and employment disputes, to corporate officers’ liability, insolvency and enforcement proceedings. Simon also regularly advises clients on employment law matters, both on day to day, as well as more unique issues, such as set-ups, reorganizations and restructurings. In view of his employment law expertise, as well as previous experiences as a white-collar criminal defense attorney, he also works with clients on cross-border internal investigations and crisis management.
Prior to joining Wolf Theiss in 2018, Simon worked at a leading Slovenian law firm, and later a boutique law firm specializing in white-collar criminal defense and public law.
