HR Unplugged Roundtable on current developments and challenges in employment law

The Employment team at Wolf Theiss Romania is pleased to invite you to the fourth edition of HR Unplugged, a roundtable series addressing current developments and key challenges in employment law. The event will take place on Thursday, 26 February, at 11:00 at the Wolf Theiss office in Bucharest.

As outlined in our previous session, the focus will be on various types of restructurings and their impact on employee relations.
 
As in earlier editions, the discussion will be led by Partner Adelina Iftime-Blagean and Counsel Andreea Stan from our Bucharest office and will cover:

• Dismissals triggered by restructuring measures: Individual or collective redundancies: legal grounds, risks, and best practices
• Restructurings in the context of local or cross-border M&A transactions
• Group-wide reorganizations driven by global strategy changes involving role transitions, redeployments, and alternatives to redundancies
