A job architecture fit for equal pay requirements
Transparent remuneration structures are a core requirement of the EU Pay Transparency Directive. A robust job architecture provides clarity and serves as a solid foundation for designing future-proof remuneration structures. This helps companies ensure compliance with the Directive and minimise risk of legal claims by employees.
With the looming deadline to close pay gaps in their remuneration structures by 7 June 2026, many companies still need to undertake the complex task of developing or adjusting their frameworks to reflect their current and future business needs and to avoid unexplained pay gaps.
Wolf Theiss invites you to a webinar, where our employment law expert Hemma Elsner together with Sadie Percell, Head of Rewards Advisory at PIHR (a pay equity solutions provider), will discuss how companies can approach the topic of job architecture in a functional and pragmatic way, including:
- Key milestones in setting up a job architecture
- Key stumbling blocks and bottlenecks
- Ensuring job architecture is compliant with the requirements of the Directive
