Wolf Theiss Warsaw relocates to the Central Point

Wolf Theiss moved into the Central Point building as the very first tenant, aligning its office location. The new office of Wolf Theiss in Poland is located at Marszałkowska 107 Street, in the very centre of the capital.

Wolf Theiss arranged and selected the new office location with an eye on business development, sustainability and modernity.

The new building is a prominent office and business location created by the firm Immobel Poland, which meets the most up-to-date needs of current businesses, including innovative and flexible office premises. Creating immense potential for constant growth, the state-of-the-art office building provides Wolf Theiss as its first tenant with over 1,500 sqm of office space in total and approximately 150 sqm of an exclusive terrace.

The Wolf Theiss office is located on floors IV and V – the first two, adjusted to the working space of all 22 floors. The building was designed by Kazimierski and Ryba in cooperation with Arquitectonica, and the office interior was designed by In Design studio.

This prime office building, certified with a BREEAM “Excellence” certificate of sustainability, is placed perfectly at the intersection of the first two Warsaw metro lines. The well-planned location of Immobel Poland’s flagship investment, on the junction of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets, provides convenient public transport opportunities for both business clients and employees from a variety of locations. Central Point is a great example of Immobel Group’s sustainable strategy, which fits perfectly in the development of the city and its history. The new office is in the neighbourhood of Warsaw’s historic iconic PAST Tower, the Palace of Culture and Science, and close to the Saxon Garden.

“We are very excited about the new space and believe that it will be an additional motivating factor for the coming years and our plans for further development. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Cresa’s support during the transaction and sincerely thank Immobel and JLL for their excellent cooperation”, says Tomasz Stasiak, co managing partner of Wolf Theiss in Poland.

“It is a great honour for us that the first tenant in our flagship project will be a prestigious company such as Wolf Theiss. We are proud of our cooperation and partnership in implementing our joint business strategies. Choosing Central Point is not only a guarantee for an excellent location and high-class sustainable office space, but also an expression of the highest care for both the comfort of the clients and the needs of the employees. As sustainability is at the heart of Immobel’s vision, this BREEAM excellent building is designed in accordance with this future-proof strategy and with respect for one of Warsaw’s most unique locations”, says Olivier Thiel, Managing Director Immobel Poland.

“I am very pleased that the transaction and relocation went smoothly. It is a great pleasure and honour for us to be able to support Wolf Theiss at such an important moment in the history of the firm’s operations in Poland”, says Łukasz Dreger, Senior Associate at the Office Department of Cresa Poland, who assisted Wolf Theiss in the lease transaction.

“It was a pleasure to take part in the whole process from negotiations to its finalisation in good cooperation of all parties involved. I’m happy, but not surprised, to see Wolf Theiss already moving in to the building exactly as planned. Centrum is still the most sought after location on the Warsaw’s office map. We believe that the new office in such a prestigious and well-designed project will meet the company’s employees’ needs and boost business development”, says Marzena Zielonka, Director at Office Agency of JLL, the agent responsible for the commercialisation process of Central Point.

Wolf Theiss is strengthening its position as a leading European law firm in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, with over 340 lawyers in 13 countries within the CEE/SEE region. The expansion is dictated by the evolving needs of business development and the firm’s commitment to the quality of its advisory services. The office in Warsaw – with more than 40 lawyers – has high aspirations for its office space, following the Vienna office and Prague office, which won the Lawyer Offices category of the Offices of the Year (Kanceláře roku) competition, organised by Procházka & Partners, real estate advisors.

“The increase in space is clearly noticeable, and we enjoy the new location of a high-class building and a top notch interior. For the comfort of our clients, the office has been equipped with seven modern conference rooms fitted with the best technological solutions. The names of the rooms reflect the nature of our regional focus, which is stitched into the DNA of our brand.”, adds Peter Daszkowski, co managing partner of Wolf Theiss in Poland.
