"In her cases, Angelika Hellweger often works at the intersection of criminal, civil and commercial law," said Clemens Trauttenberg, Partner and Head of the Practice Group Dispute Resolution at Wolf Theiss. "This requires a profound degree of knowledge, which Ms. Hellweger has acquired through her involvement in numerous complex international corporate and criminal disputes."
In 2010, Hellweger joined Wolf Theiss as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate and admitted to the bar in Austria in 2014. She has a doctorate in law and a master’s degree coupled with a special diploma in business and criminal law from the University of Vienna.
In addition to her practice at Wolf Theiss, she is a member of the "Commercial Fraud" and "Litigation" commissions at AIJA as well as a member of ACFE and the task force on whistleblowing in the Austrian Chapter of Transparency International.
