About Vladimir

Vladimir Plugarescu is a member of the Projects – Energy & Infrastructure team. He has over 10 years’ experience as a lawyer and focuses on energy and natural resources, environmental, healthcare, real estate, corporate and M&A matters. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Vladimir was a lawyer at two Romanian law firms and advised on numerous major projects and energy transactions. Prior to that, he worked as a legal adviser at two companies, where he advised numerous clients on regulatory and environmental matters for the development of commercial real estate projects and the negotiation of FIDIC agreements.
