About Tomasz Maslak

Tomasz Maślak is a member of the Corporate M&A team in Poland. Earlier in his career, he cooperated with top-tier Polish law firms. Within his area of expertise in mergers and acquisitions, he has advised private equity and venture capital investors, as well as industry clients, on numerous domestic and cross border transactions, supporting them at every stage of the process leading to a successful closing. His advisory also covers day-to-day corporate matters and complex reorganisations of enterprises. Tomasz is experienced in obtaining antimonopoly clearances in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. He is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
