About Tomasz Maslak

Tomasz Maślak is a member of the Corporate/M&A team in Poland. Earlier in his career, he cooperated with top-tier Polish law firms. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, advising private equity and venture capital investors, as well as corporate clients, on numerous domestic and cross-border transactions. He supports clients at every stage of the transaction process through to successful closing. His practice also includes day-to-day corporate advice and complex corporate reorganisations. Tomasz has extensive experience in obtaining antitrust clearance in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. He is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and an attorney-at-law admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
