About Sarah Wared
Sarah Wared specialises in cross-border M&A transactions, corporate (reorganisations), joint ventures and trusts with special focus on Austria and CEE/SEE. She has expertise in a wide range of industry sectors including private equity and venture capital, financial institutions and TMT. Before joining Wolf Theiss, she worked for other major law firms in Vienna and also gained international experience in the USA, Germany and Singapore. Sarah regularly publishes on a wide range of corporate/M&A topics as well as ESG and private equity aspects.
