Sabina Krajíčková is a Czech law qualified attorney specializing in employment law. She focuses mainly on providing legal advisory to the companies with respect to preparation of employment agreements and its amendments, drafting internal regulations and rules, consulting termination of the employment, anti-discrimination policy and other employment related inquiries. She also often deals with preparation of legal analysis regarding the General Data Protection Regulation, including the proposal of the necessary steps and measures to be taken within companies and review of the compliance with law. Besides, Sabina is a very capable advisor in corporate law with experience in drafting and revising various commercial contracts, preparing legal opinions and analyses as well as negotiations and out-of-court settlements. She studied law at Palacky University, Faculty of Law, and is currently working on her Ph.D. at Charles University, Faculty of Law, in Prague. Sabina is admitted to the Czech Bar and is fluent in English and Spanish.
