About Roxana Roman
Roxana Roman is the main contact of the Real Estate practice in Bucharest. A well-recognised real estate practitioner, she advises strategic foreign investors active in the field of retail and construction on their market entry and expansion in Romania. She has also advised banks, and investment funds, as well as Romanian investors on various types of transactions covering a number of asset classes on the Romanian market (e.g. office, retail and industrial warehouses). Roxana has also advised large investors in the automotive and aerospace sectors on their greenfield investments in Romania.
