About Radosveta Kojuharova
Radosveta Kojuharova serves as main point of contact of the Real Estate & Construction practice in Sofia. She advises clients from a range of sectors throughout the development and realisation of large-scale projects. Radosveta has almost 20 years of top-level experience in the field. Her core competences span from real estate due diligence and financing to deal support. In addition, Radosveta has handled multiple planning and development projects in the office, commercial and residential sectors, including some that dominate Sofia’s modern city landscape. These include full ongoing advice and assistance to an international developer of luxury homes on the acquisition of land, due diligence, drafting of preliminary and final agreements, representation in negotiations, financing,etc. and providing comprehensive advice and ongoing legal support on every aspect of the development, including drafting and negotiation of FIDIC construction contract of a high-end residential development in Sofia.
