About Michal
Michal Matouš is a member of the Corporate/M&A team. He is experienced in advising both local and international corporations on negotiating and drafting transactional documentation, corporate restructuring and commercial agreements. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Michal worked at another CEE law firm where he focused on M&A and TMT, participated in numerous local and cross-border transactions and advised companies in a vast range of matters such as general corporate housekeeping, IP, data protection and employment.
