About Martin

Martin Gassler is a member of the Competition & Antitrust team in Vienna. He helps clients resolve all issues concerning EU and Austrian competition law (including merger control filings, non-compete clauses, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, supply and distribution agreements, cooperation agreements, cartel damage claims and compliance). Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, he worked in the competition team of another major Austrian law firm in Brussels. In addition to his postgraduate law degrees at the University of Oxford (M.Jur.), the Brussels School of Competition (LL.M.) and the University of Vienna (Dr. iur.), he also holds a degree in economics. He regularly comments on cases in leading competition law journals and is also a case reporter for Oxford Competition Law (Oxford University Press).
