About Ludek Chvosta

Luděk Chvosta is a partner in the Banking & Finance practice based in Prague. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises major domestic and international banks on cross-border financing transactions governed by Czech and English law, as well as on financial regulation, capital markets, insolvency and restructuring, and financial litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Luděk held senior partner positions at international law firms, establishing or growing their Banking & Finance practices, including overseeing the development of a Chambers-recognised FinTech practice. Luděk is qualified to practise law in England & Wales, New York State, Washington, D.C., and the Czech Republic.
