About Iuliana Stoicescu
Iuliana Stoicescu is a member of the Banking & Finance team. Iuliana has twenty years of experience in the legal field, out of which she spent twelve as in-house lawyer in financial institutions. She specialises in banking and finance, including financial leasing. She has advised financial institutions on a variety of matters, including finance transactions, sale and lease back transactions, corporate governance, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, debt recovery, including bankruptcy issues.
