About Dominika Getka
Dominika Getka is a member of the Corporate/M&A team in Poland. She specialises in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on transactional matters. Dominika advises both Polish and international clients at all stages of the transaction process – from conducting legal due diligence, through drafting transaction documentation, to transaction closing. She also assists clients with day-to-day corporate matters and restructuring projects, including mergers, transformations and demergers. She is also well-versed in corporate governance and compliance issues, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
