Wolf Theiss advises the founders of Superdevs on the sale of the Superdevs Group to Trimetis AG

Vienna, 29 April 2026 – Wolf Theiss has advised the founders of Superdevs GmbH on the sale of Superdevs Sp. z o.o. and its subsidiaries, Superdevs Services Sp. z o.o. and Superdevs Recruiting Sp. z o.o., to Trimetis AG. Wolf Theiss acted as legal counsel to the Superdevs founders in Austria and Poland.

Superdevs is a Poland-based company headquartered in Warsaw, offering IT services including staff augmentation, IT recruitment and managed services to leading corporates, scale-ups and start-ups in the DACH region to enhance their technological capabilities and enable them to deliver cutting-edge products.

Founded in 2012 by senior industry experts, Trimetis AG is an international consulting and IT services group headquartered in Vienna, Austria. The company provides IT consulting, application development and testing services as well as expert sourcing services. Trimetis AG positions itself as a long-term technology partner for complex digital and IT transformation projects.

This step represents a natural progression in strengthening the position of the Trimetis Group as a leading IT services provider in the DACH region.
