Anna Morogai is a member of the Energy team in Bucharest. She brings more than ten years of experience advising multinational companies on complex legal matters, with a particular focus on the energy sector. Anna has led legal strategy for oil and gas production enhancement and decarbonisation projects across multiple jurisdictions. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating key upstream agreements, including petroleum exploration contracts (PECs), farm-out agreements, joint operating agreements (JOAs) and production sharing contracts (PSCs), while navigating evolving regulatory frameworks and sanctions regimes.
