About Aleksandra

Aleksandra Jach has over 16 years of experience in advising institutional investors on complex real estate transactions. She regularly advises clients on share and asset deals, financing and insurance aspects of transactions, and handles the negotiations of construction and development management agreements. She is experienced in advising on permitting proceedings (e.g. environmental permits, building permits and zoning issues) and on traditional aspects of asset management such as leasing and handling relations with tenants and service providers. Her expertise includes sustainability and ESG topics with regard to the environmental impacts of real estate projects. In that capacity, Aleksandra contributed to the UN Report on good practices related to the recognition and implementation of the right to a safe, clean, healthy and sustainable environment.
