Aleksandra Jach has over 14 years of experience in advising the institutional investors on the real estate market in Poland. She advised on the financial, development and leasing aspects of real estate projects and in real estate matters of renewable energy projects – particularly in the development of wind and solar farms. Furthermore, she focuses on the environmental aspects of the real estate business, including investments in agricultural real properties, odor and noise emissions. Sharing her expertise on these topics, Aleksandra contributed to the UN Report on good practices related to the recognition and implementation of the right to a safe, clean, healthy and sustainable environment.
