Wolf Theiss advises STAYERY on its Austrian market entry and first project in Vienna
Vienna, 22 September 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised STAYERY, a Berlin-founded provider of serviced apartments, on its entry into the Austrian market and on the contractual negotiations for the company’s first project in Austria.
In cooperation with Real-Treuhand Immobilien, STAYERY is developing a serviced apartment project at Spittelauer Lände in Vienna’s 9th district. The development will comprise 152 apartments for short- and long-term stays, as well as communal areas, co-working facilities, fitness and meeting rooms. Completion is scheduled for early 2030.
Founded in 2019, STAYERY operates serviced apartments and has a portfolio of more than 2,700 units across 25 locations. The company combines a technology-enabled operating model with design-led concepts for short- and long-term stays. With the Vienna project, STAYERY is entering the Austrian market for the first time and continuing its growth strategy across the DACH region.
