Wolf Theiss advises JP Immobilien on on hotel development and lease agreement with Numa

Vienna, 18 September 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised JP Immobilien Group on the structuring, negotiation and execution of a hotel development and hotel lease agreement with Numa for a new serviced apartment project in Vienna’s Neubau district.

In Mechitaristengasse in Vienna’s 7th district, JP Immobilien is developing a serviced apartment project comprising 30 guest rooms within part of the historic building complex of the Vienna Mechitarist Congregation. The project combines historic architecture with a modern serviced-apartment concept in a prime Vienna location and will also feature co-working facilities. Numa, a leading European technology-enabled hospitality platform, will operate the property upon completion. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.
