Wolf Theiss advises euShipments and Österreichische Post on the acquisition of FHB Group

Bratislava, 26 August 2026 – Wolf Theiss advised euShipments.com and Österreichische Post AG on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in FHB Group s.r.o., a Slovak fulfilment and logistics provider. The transaction expands euShipments.com’s fulfilment network through the addition of two facilities near Bratislava. Completion took place on 10 August 2026.

Österreichische Post AG is Austria’s leading logistics provider. The group offers postal, parcel, financial and telecommunications services, operates across multiple European markets and employs nearly 30,000 people. Österreichische Post AG is listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

euShipments.com, in which Österreichische Post AG holds a 70% shareholding, provides fulfilment and cross-border delivery solutions for e-commerce businesses across Europe and operates a network spanning 27 countries.

Founded in 2008, FHB Group s.r.o. offers end-to-end solutions for e-commerce businesses. The company operates two fulfilment centres near Bratislava and handled approximately 2.7 million parcels in 2025.

Wolf Theiss advised euShipments.com and Österreichische Post AG on all legal aspects of the acquisition, including a buy-side legal due diligence, the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation and support in relation to the warranty and indemnity insurance process through to completion.
