About Vladimir Simkovic
Vladimír Šimkovic is a member of the Competition & Antitrust, Corporate/M&A and Real Estate teams in Bratislava and specialises in competition and corporate matters. He is often involved in prominent M&A transactions, mostly with a cross-border background. Vladimír advised a number of high-profile clients active in various business sectors on corporate acquisitions as well as sale and leaseback transactions. As a competition lawyer, he focuses on internal investigations, merger control cases along with merger control filings and clearances as well as proceedings involving the Slovak Antimonopoly Office. His clients include some of the largest developers of logistics and office properties in Europe as well as private and public real estate investment funds. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Vladimír worked at other well-known international law firms in Slovakia.
