Die Pierer Industrie AG, eine in den Industriesektoren “Powered Two-Wheeler”, mit dem Fokus auf das globale Motorrad- und E-Bicyclesegment und “Automotive”, tätige Holdinggesellschaft, hat eine neue Unternehmensanleihe erfolgreich am Kapitalmarkt platziert. Die neuen Teilschuldverschreibungen wurden mit einem Kupon von 2,50% und einer 7,5-jährigen Laufzeit begeben. Valutatag war der 22. Oktober 2020.
Der Emissionserlös aus der Anleihe soll zur Stärkung der langfristigen Liquidität und der Finanzierung der Geschäftstätigkeit der Emittentin und ihrer Beteilgungsgesellschaften verwendet werden. Dadurch soll innerhalb der Pierer Industrie-Gruppe die Finanzierung des geplanten organisatorischen Geschäftswachstums, einschließlich Investitionen und allfälliger zukünftiger Akquisitionen sichergestellt und allgemeine Gesellschaftszwecke verfolgt werden.
Die Pierer-Anleihe 2020 wurde in Österreich und Deutschland im Rahmen eines öffentlichen, prospektpflichtigen Angebots zur Zeichnung angeboten.
Als Joint Lead Manager waren die Erste Bank Group AG, die Raiffeisen Bank International AG und die UniCredit Bank AG mandatiert. In rechtlicher Hinsicht vertrauten die Häuser auf die Expertise des Wolf Theiss DCM Teams.
Federführend verantwortlich bei Wolf Theiss war Alexander Haas, der von Nikolaus Dinhof, Dominik Thill, und Sebastian Prakljacic unterstützt wurde. “Wir gratulieren RBI, Erste Group und UniCredit Bank Austria und der Pierer Industrie AG zu dieser gelungenen Transaktion und bedanken uns bei allen für die angenehme Zusammenarbeit”, meint Alexander Haas.
