Wien 1. März 2021 – Janus-Gruppe, das führende Wiener Reinigungs-Unternehmen im Bereich Krankenhäuser, geht an die deutsche Dussmann Gruppe. Wolf Theiss hat die Eigentümerfamilie bei dieser Transaktion vertreten. Das Closing hat am 26. Februar stattgefunden.
Unter der Leitung von Partner Christian Mikosch und der Mitarbeit von Associate Simona Shpilsky Wolf Theiss, beide Corporate/M&A, war Wolf Theiss für den gesamten Verkaufsprozess inklusive Deal Strukturierung, Vertragsverhandlungen sowie die Durchführung der Transaktion auf Verkäuferseite verantwortlich.

Janus Gruppe ist mit 1.300 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern Spezialist für Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsdienstleistungen für Einrichtungen des Gesundheitswesens. Ihr Leistungsspektrum umfasst auch die Betreuung besonders sensibler Bereiche wie OP-Säle oder Covid-19-Intensiv-Stationen sowie die Reinraumreinigung. Die Janus Gruppe zählt dabei einige der namhaftesten Kliniken des Landes zu ihren Kunden, darunter das Universitätsklinikum AKH Wien, eines der größten Krankenhäuser Europas, die Klinik Donaustadt, die Klinik Favoriten und das Landeskrankenhaus Graz.
Die Dussmann Group erbringt systemrelevante Leistungen im Kampf gegen Corona und verfügt auch in den weiteren Facility-Management-Märkten über ausgewiesene Kompetenz in der Reinigung und Desinfektion von Krankenhäusern und Pflegeeinrichtungen sowie in der Reinraumreinigung in der Halbleiter-, Pharma- und Lebensmittelindustrie.
