English is our firm’s official language, and each office also uses its local language in day-to-day operations, of course. In total, around 30 different languages are spoken within the firm.
As a top-tier law firm, we need committed leadership. The management board handles internal and external matters daily, as part of strategic management.

We deliberately avoid inflexible hierarchies and bureaucracy, as our collaborative activities are shaped by our international work across countries, teams and practice groups.

Around half of our lawyers are women, and our people are from around 20 different countries. We know the value of diversity.

What you achieve and how you reach your targets is what matters. We believe having a confident, professional demeanour is more important than an official dress code.
We hold employee events on a regular basis, so that you can interact with colleagues and meet new ones in a relaxed setting.
If you have to work late, your evening meal will be on us (ordering, payment and delivery).
On-site medical checks will be provided on a regular basis for all employees, saving you time and helping you to lead a healthy lifestyle.
