Wolf Theiss welcomes Nicholas Coddington as new Partner in Banking & Finance

Vienna, 31 January 2024 – Wolf Theiss announces Nicholas Coddington’s appointment as new Partner in Banking & Finance starting in the firm’s Vienna office in mid-February. As former Magic Circle member, Mr. Coddington will enhance Wolf Theiss’ services across Austria and the CEE/SEE region.

Coddington joins Wolf Theiss following a decade at Magic Circle and other international law firms where he was, as of lately, Partner and Head of the Central European Banking and Finance Group. He brings along extensive expertise in complex corporate and project finance transactions with a particular focus on energy, green & sustainable, infrastructure and real estate finance.

Nicholas Coddington holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Sheffield Hallam University and is admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales and the Republic of Ireland. His multilingual proficiency in English and Polish further strengthens his capacity to manage diverse legal challenges across the CEE/SEE region.
