About Wolfgang Mueller
Wolfgang Müller is recognised as one of the leading lawyers in Austria in the field of construction. Wolfgang is regularly involved in complex matters of construction and development law both on a national and international level. He represents construction companies before courts, arbitral tribunals and FIDIC – Dispute Adjudication Boards. For nearly 20 years, he has focused entirely on project-related legal advice on construction projects (property construction, infrastructure projects, tunnel and cavern construction, power plant construction, plant construction, FIDIC agreements, etc.). During and after his studies Wolfgang worked for ILF Consulting Engineers, a globally active engineering firm, for almost 10 years. He is a member of the Association for Construction Law (ÖGEBAU) and the Austrian Association for Geomechanics (ÖGG), has authored numerous books and articles on construction law, including in the construction magazine “SOLID” for more than 10 years, and frequently lectures at universities of applied science on these topics. Prior to joining the firm, Wolfgang gained valuable experience as partner at KWR Karasek Wietrzyk.
