About Tereza
Tereza Naučová is a Czech law qualified attorney who specialises in corporate and M&A law. Tereza provides advice to clients on all aspects of transactions, restructurings, joint ventures as well as assisting with daily corporate housekeeping matters. Before joining Wolf Theiss, Tereza gained experience at two international law firms.
