About Radoslava Lichnovska

Radoslava Lichnovská is a member of the Employment and Corporate/M&A teams in Bratislava. She has over a decade of experience in employment law, advising numerous multinational and national companies on a wide range of employment disputes and litigation. Her expertise also includes drafting and reviewing contractual arrangements, managing employee transfers, redundancies and advising on employment termination processes. Beyond labour law, Radoslava has broad experience in Corporate/M&A, with an emphasis on M&A-related aspects of intellectual property and data protection. She frequently speaks at local and international conferences on various topics of labour law and has authored multiple employment law-related publications.
