Philipp J. Marboe
Philipp J. Marboe is a member of the Procurement team and has wide experience in public procurement law, contract law, public passenger transport services law (PSO) and building information modelling (BIM). In recent years, Philipp has advised on many major infrastructure and PPP-projects in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe, including on railway projects. One of his focusses is the planning and implementation of tender procedures. He also represents Austrian and international clients – both contracting authorities and bidders – in review proceedings. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Philipp was head of procurement at another Vienna-based Austrian and Central European law firm. Previously, he gained international experience at the Vienna office of a British multinational law firm and at a distinguished law firm in Paris. In addition to his practice, Philipp frequently lectures on procurement, PSO and BIM related topics and has authored numerous publications in this field. Philipp is admitted to the bar in Austria.
