About Olga
Olga Gerlich is a member of the Dispute Resolution practice in Poland. She has almost ten years’ professional experience in Polish and international law firms. She specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. Olga has represented Polish and international clients before common courts and arbitration tribunals in many disputes involving contract, corporate and competition matters. Her experience also includes handling complex transnational disputes. She provides legal advice to her clients at all stages of a dispute from pre-litigation advise to enforcement proceedings. Olga is also an author of publications in the field of international commercial and investment arbitration.
