About Nikolaus Krausler

Nikolaus Krausler is a member of the Real Estate team in Vienna. He specialises in real estate transactions and advises national and international clients with a particular focus on the purchase and sale of commercial properties. His practice also covers residential and commercial tenancy law as well as projects governed by the Austrian Real Estate Developer Contract Act (Bauträgervertragsgesetz). As part of his Private Clients practice, Nikolaus regularly advises individuals, family-owned businesses, family offices and private foundations on inheritance law and succession matters, including estate planning, testamentary arrangements and forced heirship issues. Owing to his extensive real estate experience, he is also frequently involved on estate and family wealth structuring matters where real estate assets form a significant part of the overall portfolio. Nikolaus is the author of numerous publications and regularly lectures at the University of Salzburg.
