Michal Stofko is a member of the Competition & Antitrust team. Michal's focus lies on all aspects of EU, Austrian and Slovak competition, antitrust and state aid law. He has advised clients on market conduct, abuse of dominance issues, cartel cases, merger control, compliance, competition litigation, distribution and cooperation agreements. He is experienced in a broad range of industries, including transport, energy, media, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, automotive and retail trade. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Michal worked as an associate in the competition law group of a major Austrian law firm. Michal is admitted to the bar in Austria.
