About Michael
Michael Müller is specialized in construction law. He focuses on project-related legal advice on construction projects (tunnel and cavern construction, road transport infrastructure, power plant construction, property construction, residential buildings etc.) and also represents construction companies in alternative dispute resolution procedures and before courts. Michael, who is a Co-founder and member of Working group “LAW@BIM: key legal aspects” (Building Smart International, D-A-CH-region), also advises on legal questions regarding Building Information Modeling (BIM). He is the general secretary of the Austrian Society for Construction Law and Construction Business Management (ÖGEBAU) and a Counsel Member of the European Society of Construction Law (ESCL). Furthermore, he is a permanent author of Zeitschrift für Recht des Bauwesens (ZRB) as well as an active member of a taskforce regarding construction arbitration at Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) and the Austrian Association for Geomechanics (ÖGG).
