Michael Müller, a member of our Real Estate & Construction team, is specialized in construction law. He focuses on project-related legal advice on construction projects (tunnel and cavern construction, road transport infrastructure, power plant construction, property construction, residential buildings etc) and also represents construction companies in alternative dispute resolution procedures and before courts. Michael also advises on legal questions regarding Building Information Modeling (BIM). Since March 2015, he has been the general secretary of the Austrian Society for Construction Law and Construction Business Management (ÖGEBAU). He is also an active member of a research group of the Austrian Association for Engineers and Architects (ÖIAV) and the Austrian Association for Geomechanics (ÖGG).
