About Maria Popescu
Maria Popescu is has extensive experience in competition law and FDI control and is a leading lawyer acting with a high degree of autonomy on merger cases and FDI screening procedures. She contributes significantly to a number of pending antitrust investigations, given her strong background on EU competition law, and already built up experience in dealing with the local competition authority.
