About Maciej A. Szewczyk
Maciej A. Szewczyk is a member of the Corporate/M&A team in Poland. Maciej is a dual-qualified M&A lawyer, admitted as a Polish attorney-at-law (radca prawny), and a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (currently not practising). He handles M&A (including PE), corporate and commercial law.
He has taken part in numerous complex and noticeable transactions, both domestic and multi-jurisdictional.
Maciej regularly contributes to international and local publications in his specialist field.
Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Maciej worked at a top-tier Polish law firm.
