About Joanna Gasowski

Joanna Gąsowski is a member of the Dispute Resolution and Restructuring, Insolvency & Distressed Investments teams in Warsaw. In her over 20 years of experience she has been focusing on bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, litigation, and real estate mezzanine financing. Joanna represents debtors, funds, Polish and international investors involved in bankruptcies, out-of-court restructurings, foreclosures, distressed assets purchase transactions, loan and claims trading. In her litigation practice, she concentrates on challenging transactions to the detriment of creditors, insurance, infrastructure and commercial disputes. IFLR1000 has recognised her as a “Notable practitioner”. Joanna is an attorney-at-law admitted in Poland and New York as well as a licensed restructuring advisor and a member of the INSOL Europe and IWIRC.
