About Heimo Weiss

Heimo Weiss advises and represents national and international clients in complex construction matters, regularly acting on behalf of construction companies before state courts and arbitral tribunals. His practice spans a wide range of projects, including building construction, civil engineering infrastructure as well as mechanical and plant engineering. By combining legal expertise with technical insight, he delivers pragmatic, efficient, and client-focused solutions.
Earlier in his career, Heimo gained valuable hands-on experience in the steel construction industry, developing a strong practical understanding of the construction sector. Building on this technical foundation, he transitioned to law, specialising in construction and engineering matters.
In addition to his law degree from the University of Salzburg, Heimo earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law in Sacramento, USA.
