Edwina Udrescu is a member of Wolf Theiss' Bucharest team. She specializes in construction, PPP & infrastructure and real estate law as well as in international arbitration and construction disputes. She is an experienced lawyer with a background of managing large multi-jurisdictional international construction and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, she led the legal department of the Romanian subsidiary of a major French construction company; advising on commercial and construction contracts, PPP & concessions, infrastructure projects, public procurement and construction disputes, including domestic (CICA Rules) and international commercial arbitration proceedings (ICC Rules). She also advises on all legal matters arising out of real estate project development.
