About Doris Buxbaum
Doris Buxbaum is a member of the Corporate/M&A team. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at another renowned Viennese law firm focussing on contract law and corporate law for 10 years. Doris has special expertise in corporate reorganizations and international M&A transactions primarily in the energy, banking and pharmaceutical sectors. Furthermore, she is a specialist in private equity transactions and international project management.
