About Cornelia Postelnicu
Cornelia Postelnicu is a member of the Corporate/M&A team in Bucharest. She specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law and has advised clients in several industries with due diligence reports and transactional documents on asset sale/share deals, as well on regulatory aspects.
