About Christopher Juenger
Christopher Juenger is a member of the Corporate/M&A team, where he advises on cross-border and domestic corporate reorganisations as well as M&A transactions. His practice focuses particularly on technology companies and the energy sector. Christopher holds degrees in Business Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He regularly publishes on current topics in corporate and commercial law and is a frequent speaker.
