Birgit Kraml has been with Wolf Theiss since 2001 and is a Partner in the Real Estate & Construction team. Birgit has extensive experience in planning and environmental proceedings, lease agreements, planning and construction agreements and in dispute resolution. Moreover, Birgit is an expert for Shopping Centre, and provides advice and represents clients before national civil and administrative courts and authorities. Birgit has gained valuable international experience while studying and working in Paris and London. She specialised in planning and environmental law during her PhD at the University of Vienna. She further holds an LL.M degree from the London School of Economics and is lecturer for environmental law (master program) at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences Vienna and at the Vienna University of Technology and edits the Newsletter "Inside Real Estate & Construction". Birgit is admitted to the Austrian bar.
