Birgit Kraml is a member of the Real Estate team and has been with Wolf Theiss since 2001. She has extensive experience in private and public real estate law, environmental law, lease agreements, planning and construction agreements, and is a specialist for real estate related court proceedings. She regularly advises on contract negotiations and represents clients before national civil and administrative courts and authorities, especially in planning and environmental proceedings. Birgit has developed special expertise in the retail sector; advising in connection with shopping centres. Birgit is admitted to the bar in Austria and gained valuable international experience while studying and working in Paris and London.
